Over the course of two weeks, I met with a mixture of old lovers and anonymous internet hook ups and asked them to take a photo of me holding their erect penis while grinning and pulling a ‘thumbs up‘. The resulting series of images are an irreverent, sex positive take on female sexuality created as part of The Porn Project.



Performance/documentation, film photos

The rigid structure in which the photographs are installed is in stark contrast to the bodies within the frame. Their precise arrangement and deliberate display in the gallery, as well as the emotionally removed production involved with making them, sees them hovering in space between seedy snapshots and high art.
